Admission

1. No student shall be denied admission to the College by reasons of age, sex, nationality, religious belief ,political affiliation, socio economic status, conviction, ideology, and different able.
2. Transfer students shall be admitted on temporary basis pending receipt of the required documents to perfect their admission.
3. Returning students shall be subjected to re-admission process by the academic unit concerned.

Enrolment

1. Enrollment of students shall be on the regular Enrollment period only as indicated in the academic calendar. This may be extended for a grace period of five (5) working days after the last day of Enrollment schedule subject to the approval of th College President through the recommendation of the VPAA.
2. A student shall be deemed officially enrolled  when he has paid his tuition and other school fees duly validated bu the Registrars Office.

When seeking admission to COLEGIO de KIDAPAWAN, please bring the following requirements:

• Freshmen Students
  • Form 138 - A or High School Report Card ( original)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Birth Certificate authenticated by NSO
  • Result of CdK Admission Exam
  • NCAE result
  • 4 Pieces of 2x2 picture recently taken(white background with name tag)
  • VFA clearance (foreigner)
• Transferees / Second Courser
  • Transcript of Records / Certified copy of evaluated grades
  • Honorable Dismissal
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate / NSO
  • Result of CdK Admission Test
  • 4 Pieces of 2x2 picture recently taken (white background with name tag)
  • VFA clearance (foreigner)
• Upperclassmen
  • School ID Card
  • Certified grades of subjects taken during the previous semester
• Cross Enrolles : Enrollees coming from other institution
  • School ID
  • Certified grades of subjects taken during the previous semester
• Cross Enrollees: Enrollees coming from other institutions
  
  • • Written permit from the Dean of Registrar stating the following:
      • Total number of units the enollee have been registered;
      • The subjects the enrollee is authorized to take at CdK.
    • The entrance requirements for each course in the College shall be determined by the academic unit offering the course.
